An invitation to sink into the final days of summer with a special Yin Yoga and Reiki mini day retreat.
Experience a true transformation during this Yin Yoga and Reiki day retreat. Join Shirley and Tiffany for a special afternoon together. Together, our intention is to restore and support the energetic and physical balance of your body, mind, and spirit! A slow moving, gentle yin yoga class is the perfect pairing for experiencing Reiki. The long holds of ground postures in yin yoga give time for a Reiki master to spend healing moments with you in stillness.
During the special yin yoga and Reiki session, Shirley guides you into yin yoga postures, and once in the pose, Tiffany applies Reiki. You can expect suppressed emotions to be released, the flexibility of your body to be increased and you may receive insight into your whole being.
