Combining somatic experiencing work with the intention of a women's circle, we birth a thoughtful and creative space where individuals are supported to discover and re-discover themselves in brilliant loving ways. Feel seen, empowered, and curious. A potent combination that encourages a deeper level of healing and connection.
When the method of somatic experiencing and women's circles are combined, the result is a powerful and transformative experience. The intentional and physical practice of somatic work can help ease the anxiety and constriction within the body. Practicing SE with guidance, with others, and in a supportive way lends itself to confident at-home practice and resourcing. Somatic tools help individuals develop a sense of self-awareness, embodiment, and self-love.
These gatherings provide a space for women to connect, be curious, and support themselves and one another.
