Usui Reiki I or Universal Life Energy, is for healing Self. Usui Reiki addresses the whole person on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. The word healing is used in the sense of regaining harmony and wholeness.

Intuitive Embodiment is incredibly important for the Reiki practitioner. When we have a baseline understanding of how we are receiving information and how to rely on the information that comes from within we are confident practitioners. In order to be able to do that, you will learn ways to clarify your inner world. This requires awareness of your own energy and good discernment of what belongs to you.

At the end of this one day course you will be confident in providing self-healing, addressing chakras, and be able to scan the energetic body.
