Together, we learn to listen to the wisdom of the nervous system and create the conditions for greater embodied awareness. As the body becomes more involved in our experience, emotions can be met with greater capacity, curiosity, and regulation. In turn, this often supports greater clarity in our thoughts, choices, and relationships.
Somatic Experiencing® invites us into direct relationship with the body—its sensations, protective responses, patterns, and capacity for resilience. Energy awareness offers another lens through which to understand ourselves, illuminating the subtle dynamics that influence how we experience life. Together, these approaches create a deeply integrative, trauma-conscious, and intuitive framework for personal and professional growth.
This mentorship is designed to complement the trainings, certifications, and classes you have already completed. Rather than focusing solely on new techniques, we focus on embodiment and how these teachings are lived, practiced, and integrated within your own nervous system and professional work.
This program is designed for you first.
Because true mastery is not found in information alone. It is cultivated through experience. It is felt in the body, refined through practice, informed by intuition, and strengthened through integration.
This mentorship is an invitation to deepen your relationship with yourself, your work, and the unique gifts you bring to those you serve. It is where somatics, intuition,
awareness, and embodied practice come together.
The way we hold others is shaped by the way we hold ourselves.
Before we can confidently regulate, guide, or support another person, we must first cultivate the capacity to remain present with ourselves.
This mentorship is designed for professionals who want to deepen their ability to hold space, not through more techniques alone, but through greater nervous system capacity, embodied presence, intuitive clarity, and energetic integrity.
Together we'll bridge Somatic Experiencing®, energy medicine, and intuitive development into an approach that is grounded, trauma-conscious, and deeply embodied.

I don't teach techniques.
I teach capacity.
Techniques and lived experience do not produce the same outcome.
We can know every trauma theory.
We can know every Reiki symbol.
We can memorize every coaching question.
And still become overwhelmed by a client's nervous system.
The Intuitive Body Professional Mentorship is different because we are increasing capacity to remain present. Present with emotion, activation, uncertainty, and presence with your own body. Why is this important and different?
