Gifts of Reiki; To name a few

1. I developed a new insight into myself, and through that was open to embodying grace and compassion toward myself as I healed. Insight into the way we actually are, without it we cannot recognize and clear our obstacles. Without insight, we can't address a problem at its root. This self-realization opened my heart and allowed my transformational process to flower with a new sense of ease.

2. Intuition; is an incredibly powerful divine tool. We are able to zoom out to catch the pulsation that takes us out of physical reality as we know it. We are then able to move into another vibration and see, feel, understand, and recognize that something out of the ordinary, something extraordinary, is very real and very present. “When you don’t know how you know, but you know you know, and you know you knew, and that’s all you needed to know.” It’s that, Reiki helped me confidently honor that. 😊

3. Nonresistance is the key to the greatest power in the universe. Through it, consciousness (Spirit) is freed from its imprisoned form. The truth is inseparable from who you are. Yep, you are Truth. If we look for it elsewhere, we will be deceived every time. It is so powerful when we can identify a tradition, a practice, that feels like “home.” Manifestations begin to occur and without “straining”, we simply observe how the universe was already lighting the path.

4. The gift of grounding. Reconnecting to the earth quickly transports me out of my left-brain thinking, and into my body and heart space. Being present and fully in the now, invites a flow into what we do and transforms it. There becomes a pure quality and power to awareness. The breath is slower, there’s heightened clarity, and play is even available.

5. Aliveness. In my life, there came a time when I sought growth and expansion beyond the mundane. For what was present was no longer working, I needed to unravel from the grip of pain lived and connect with something much more delicate, and nurturing…something that offered intimate, physical, and emotional healing. Reiki literally enlivened me and awoken me to my most intentional path of walking in light.

6. Opened doors to healing past pain and finding forgiveness. Deeper healing. With each self-healing session and received Reiki session I understood that something profound and meaningful had taken place in my body and psyche. I was able to be okay with being me. It is through the heart space that we fully partner with helping Spirits to make our desired intentions manifest.

When you acquire new skills and knowledge, or through creative action bring something new into this world that is life-enhancing for yourself as well as others, you must share.
