Inner Power of Transformation

Inner stillness helps us know how to respond. It’s beautiful to ask people what they need, and then listen deeply.
I recently watched an episode of “Driving in Cars with Comedians” with Jerry Seinfeld. There was a moment in the episode when placing his breakfast order, he said to the server “I am only in the mood for eggs today. So, I’d like two eggs over-easy and nothing else today, just eggs.” The server replied with “what kind of toast would you like.” This type of autopilot is the norm for most of us. We hear others, but not with intention. Does this resonate with you? It does for me, and I have been on both sides.
We have stopped listening to each other. Meaning, we have stopped listening to ourselves - our inner truth. Listening means listening to life, so that we may respond in a way that is honoring, courageous, and intelligent.
Tuning into social media, the radio or TV seems too immediately be all-consuming. There certainly is plenty of information to digest if we wanted to. Fill us up so much that it may be pouring out of our ears and nose at this point. Taking all of this in may feel really overwhelming. It may have put you in a place of deep fear or deep anger. Or even has paralyzed you. Creating a feeling of being so far removed from security in your life. You have permission to hit pause. You have permission to not be a consumer right now.
If you are being called to lean into inner stillness, this message is in perfect alignment with honoring the calls. We have the ability to heal and nurture our mental body. The ability to tune inward, rather than out. Our mind, the mental body, is housed in our auric field. The mind may be our worst enemy or best friend…depending on how we use it. When outer circumstances and adverse situations weigh heavily on the mind, then your haven of peace can turn into a nightmare. However, we all have the inner power to transform our minds and return to peace and calm.
The mental body is made-up of thought-forms, habits, and patterns so intense that they congeal into a solid form. When I work with individuals in healing sessions, I see them as striations. Striations of thoughts/beliefs that literally create and determine the life experience of the individual. With that, these striations create our own life based on beliefs, habits, conditions, emotions, and intentions. We are, 100% in charge of what happens. . If our energy field, aura, is filled with stable, joyful, loving thoughts then we magnetize positive experiences. If our field is filled with toxic thoughts and emotions, then we attract difficult, negative situations. Understanding this grants us an awareness that you only happen to yourself. Let’s say, I continually think, “I am fat, I am fat,” well, then it is that thought that is strongly settled into my mind. I then operate from the “fat” subconsciousness. My subconscious mind always says ‘yes’ to every deeply felt and believed intention of fatness. Meaning the manifestation of fatness will occur, just as I have pictured it.
As we consume all matters being pumped out through media platforms, our mental body (thought-forms) are deeply being affected. Have you ever been in an enclosed space with someone who’s energy field makes you feel so uncomfortable and suffocated that you must leave? Negative thought-forms project that kind of repellent energy. An individuals’ energy field (aura) becomes prickly when it is filled with negative thoughts and emotions. It is uncomfortable for an individual to experience their field in this way, just as it is for others around them. No fun. However, we can transform these thought-forms and transform our atmosphere and emotional and physical health.
One transformational act you may take right now is mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation offers a way to quickly enter a state of calm and gain emotional sobriety. This is a simple practice that removes us from the riot of a toxic atmosphere or harmful internal dialog to a place of establishing positive emotional boundaries. Go within to your center of calm awareness to gain perspective on your truth. What is on repeat for you? is it supporting your betterment? Know that you may change and redirect any thought and emotion.
May the following mindfulness exercise bring you back to your wholeness, your truth. May this exercise cleanse your field of all that isn’t serving you!
Let’s begin:
1. In a quiet place, sit up straight, but comfortably. You may want to play nature sounds, as these sounds tend to offer comfort and support.
2. Allow yourself to set aside stray thoughts about yesterday or tomorrow and bring your awareness to the present moment. I like to think of rapid waters (anxious thoughts of past/future) turning to calm clear waters (trust in the present time).
3. Pay attention to your breathing, feeling every part of your belly, lungs, and mouth respond to your inhales and exhales. You may feel the need to sway your spine or hips, helping stuck energy flow out. This is positive. Adjust your body as it needs.
4. Envision every thought or worry flowing away on your exhale. As you watch your own emotions float away, also notice the emotions of others that you may be carrying as they, too, are released from your energy field. Sense your emotional boundaries becoming more vibrant and clear with each breath. A great intention of claiming your personal power--setting boundaries to no longer absorb outside emotions.
5. Keep returning to the awareness of release and the acceptance of your natural feelings and true thoughts, allowing your focus to move toward love and worthiness. Invite these healthy feelings and thoughts into your body and life with each inhalation. You are worthy of receiving an incredible amount of abundant love and support. You simply have to welcome it into your thought-patterns.
6. Linger here for a while – releasing and accepting on your exhale, embracing what is on your inhale. If you feel vulnerable here, be gentle with yourself, slowly feeling into the goodness that resides within you. With each mindful session, you will become more and more comfortable with receiving a higher sense of awareness of your sacredness.
7. End this time with a sense of gratefulness for yourself and the Divine in your heart.

My high love to you- Tiffany Marie
